Black Death - Poem

Black Death

Captured and caged
Stripped of dignity and pride
Walking onward with no permanent destination
Honesty exposed from the breast

Lifting up begins at the bottom
Retrieval hindered by years of hate
Retreat at your own peril
Onward

Killing oneself is not suicide
It is genocide
The anecdote
unity
