Objection - Poem

distrust is a horrible fact
the eyes of disgust cover you
the blanket of hate builds
can't overcome the pain

where do you turn when proven wrong
should I dance in delight
can I feel vendication?
there can be no doubt

you don't trust me and
the bell can't be unrung
turn the clock toward me forward
counter-clockwise toward you
